This is the PRISMM Earth refund and return policy. Thank you for shopping at PRISMM EARTH. We take the quality of the various products we sell very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
A new product may be exchanged for another product (of like kind), or you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. The customer is required to return the unused product and must pay for the return shipping. Before you return the product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We may request a picture.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
